StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Franklin offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I have a passion for being health in my mind, body and spirit. This comes from being active in my daily life. I have shaped myself through outdoor activities (hiking), weekly weight training routines, martial arts and daily yoga practice. These passions lead me to becoming a yoga instructor back in 2016. Understanding how my physical active though yoga has changed my life, for the better which has brought awareness to my true self. This is a further testament to my desire to be in the field of yoga and the personal wellness industry. It allows me to help others discover the same greatness within themselves. Fun Facts about me: I have a cat and her name is Cleo. Cleo loves going outside on her leash daily. When I don't take her out, she gets a little chatty. Love sushi and kombucha drinks! Last, I can play the didgeridoo and throat sing.
Education:
I started leading warmups at my dad gym when I was 7 years old. Which has led me to being who I am today. I have devoted much of my life to improving individuals' health and wellness. I have an extensive background in sport training, and performance with a Bachelor of Education in Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My goal is to have everyone feel comfortable and confident within their bodies. I have learned that a strong body requires a strong mind. This connection has fueled my focus in the field of functional neurology and sport performance. With the hopes of working with athletes who have experienced traumatic brain injuries and/or cognitive dysfunction. Fun Fact about Me: My grandfather, Buster Jones, was a famous animated voice actor in the 80's and 90's for roles such as The Transformers and Super Friends,

Health and wellness practices have made an extremely positive impact on my life. It makes me so happy that I get to help others on their path to feeling their best. My background as a yoga teacher is what lead me to become a flexologist. Yoga has helped me gain peace, confidence and strength. I love how assisted stretching and yoga share many of the same principals and benefits. Working at StretchLab has been an amazing experience. I have the opportunity to be a part of a clients process in achieving their wellness goals as well as working with an amazing group of people!
I am from Mexico and I moved to the United States five years ago, and it has been an incredible adventure for me. All of my life I've been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. I am a personal trainer, fitness instructor and nutritionist. I love to read, workout and always enjoy a good walk in nature. Hi my name is Sam, and I am originally from Coleridge, North Carolina. I recently graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in Kinesiology (big Aggie Pride!). My background is primarily in strength & conditioning and personal training; working with a variety of clients including division 1 and 2 athletes where stretching and mobility is huge in recovery and staying healthy.
