Shannon Gibbs

Shannon serves many positions in our office; we consider her our "Hybrid" as she handles service, sales, claims and marketing for the agency. Originally born and raised in Florida, family brought her to TN in her teenage years where she graduated high school and then attended Columbia State Columbia College majoring in Education. Shannon originally met Amanda through her son's daycare several years ago; when returning to the workforce after having her daughter, Amanda offered Shannon a Customer Service position in our Shelbyville office where she became licensed in insurance. Being able to assist the customers on insurance and helping them protect their families brings Shannon much joy. When not in the office, Shannon enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband and children. Together they enjoy spending time with church family and friends, hosting game days and watching movies.

Della Johnson

Della is the Agencies Customer Experience Specialist; she is typically the first person you come in contact with when calling our office. She is a Shelbyville, TN native also and has been with our agency for a year. She loves that her job allows her to interact with people from all walks of life and to assist them on how to protect what matters to them most. She finds excitement in her job when her coworkers excel in their position as well. In Della's spare time, she enjoys time with her family. Her children are highly involved in sports so you can usually find her at some sporting event. When she is not working or watching ball, Della is most likely baking. Her desserts are delicious. If you ever find that you need someone to talk to, Della is your person. Della expressed that she enjoys conversation, and her mind is a constant hamster wheel - it's always spinning.

Chasity Pruitt

Chasity is one of the offices Customer Experience Specialists and Licensed Sales Agent. She was born and raised in the Shelbyville, TN area where she lives currently with her husband and children. She has worked in the insurance industry for several years now, beginning her career with USAA. Insurance originally began as a temporary job, but Chasity quickly discovered that she loves this industry. She loves the ability to help people be properly insured. In her spare time, Chasity and her family love to travel and try new experiences. You may also see them attending many of her son's sporting events or taking their basset hounds to the dog park.

Eric Collier

Eric is one of our Licensed Sales Agents. He was born in Joliet, IL, just a little way from Chicago. When he was about 5, his family moved to Tennessee, making Murfreesboro his home. Our agency is his first entrance into the insurance industry and he's doing a great job! He is able to take his personal experiences and share his knowledge of coverages to customers. Eric enjoys his job because it helps fuel his passions and provides for his family's needs. It also helps him learn new things so he can keep advancing, "knowledge is power". Eric has many passions, including cars, history of cars, racing, games, etc. All in all, he's like a super nerd in multiple things. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his daughter and experiencing new things.

Emily Anderson

Emily is our Customer Service Experience Specialist; she is typically one of the first agents you connect with when you contact our agency. Emily grew up in the suburbs of Houston, TX. She attended University of Houston for criminal justice and psychology. Growing up, Emily was a Girl Scout for about 13 years and has continued to be passionate with the organization when her daughter joined as well. Emily entered into the insurance industry almost 4 years ago. She says one of the most exciting parts of her career is being able to help customers every day, helping them be well taken care of. When not at work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family watching movies and baking.

Eugene Trevail

Eugene is one of our Licensed Customer Service and Sales Agents in the office. Growing up in Reno, Nevada, Eugene attended Truckee Meadows Community College where he entered in several state and national rifle spinning competitions and performed in a professional marching band. He now lives in the Knoxville, TN area with his fiancé. Being able to help people in his community by protecting their loved ones brings him sincere joy. As a recipient of a car incident that resulted in a massive pile of debt, he strives to guide customers, so they never end up in the same situation. When not in the office, you can find Eugene in his kitchen cooking or baking or camping in the Smokey Mountains. He loves playing music, karaoke and spend as much time as possible with his fiancé and cats.

Richard Brown

Richard is one of our Agencies Customer Service Specialist you may speak with when you contact our office or when reviewing your insurance policies annually. Recently moving to the Middle Tennessee area, Richard has lived in Georgia most of his adult life. He graduated from University of Georgia in 1975 with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Richard has been in the insurance industry for almost 45 years and has a wealth of knowledge in this field. We are very lucky to have him in our agency! Richard says that he finds joy in helping people navigate through their insurance needs. He loves to build relationships with the customers and wants them to feel as though they are family. Purchasing the most liability insurance you can financially afford is the best assistance Richard wishes he could give. In his spare time, Richard likes to spend time with his wife, daughter and grandchildren. He has also expressed that chocolate and peanut butter are his two favorite food groups.

Jessica Wells

Jessica serves as our Compliance Officer, otherwise known as the "Sheriff". Jessica helps see that our agency complies with the guidelines established by Allstate, the insurance commissioner and other outside regulatory requirements. Jessica was born in St. Simons Island, GA but was raised in Middle Tennessee most of her life. She attended Motlow State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University where she competed in intercollegiate horse showing. She then spent a few months in Asia teaching English. Jessica is approaching her 5th year anniversary of working in our agency this October. In her years with us, she has loved the problem solving aspect of insurance; especially billing, even though she majored in English and Math is not her strong suit! In her spare time, Jessica enjoys going riding horses and spending time at the ball field with her husband and son.
